Michelin Junior Bike Consent and Waiver
I/WE consent to my child, as named above, participating in Michelin Junior Bike. I/WE covenant and agree not to sue Michelin North America (Canada) Inc., its parent and affiliated companies, successors and assigns, and its and their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives ('Releasees') for any claim for property damage, personal injury or death which may arise out of my/our child taking part in Michelin Junior Bike and I/WE further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from any claim which my/our child may assert arising out of the aforementioned activity. I/We further understand and give permission for the use of pictures of my child for future promotional material for Michelin Junior Bike, without compensation.
